i'm gonna go with inherently close minded and egotistical. it is so rare to see an actual question on here where the person has not already made up their mind about the "right" answer. and you see so many answers where the person is either talking about things they don't know about rather than admitting they don't have any real info on a subject, or purposely answering a question when they know that what they say will be hurtful to the asker, and not in a "just wanted to make them think" sort of way either.

still, there always seems to be at least a few people that are willing to help someone look something up, or give a word of encouragement when someone's reaching out, so it's still a cool way to pass the time when my daughter wants to watch tv in my room and the laundry's already done.

There is nothing inherently good or evil in wanting to get a reaction out of others, which is the only thing all of us on Y!A have in common.

I think it proves that alot of people are inherently cowardly & are desperate for attention. Some use the internet to say things they wouldn't dare say in real life because someone would surely slap them. The people that post ignorant answers/questions or mean ones would never do it in real life.

Neither. It has proved that more times than not, they are inherently ignorant - and to afraid of what they might discover to change that.

Neither...people are inherently self interested. Some times we rise above it, usually we don't.

Y!A has shown how incredibly stupid many people are...and others that outright insane....but I already knew that.

Inherently evil, but I the Bible and personal experience and observation has told me that though.

It has proved neither to me despite my bad and good experiences with it. How could it? It has convinced me that people are generally more willing to say things over the internet that they probably wouldn’t in person.
