Someone already said this, but you gotta use Proactiv! I hate to sound like a commercial but it really does work. I was hit suddenly with "adult onset" acne and it was hideous!! I tried Proactiv and it cleared up almost completely within a month. Then I stopped using it (because it isn't cheap!) and it started to come back (not as bad). I bought some more and now things are under control. I haven't used anything that works this well. Boy, I really do sound like a commercial.
Oh, and as for blackheads... there is this gizmo you can buy called a comedone extractor. I bought mine on ebay. It's a stainless steel loop that you drag across the skin and it applies pressure evenly to all sides of the pimple (or blackhead) so it can extract the material from inside the pore without aggravating the surrounding skin. Once your pores are cleaned out, apply some toner to make the pores shrink, and then they won't fill up with gunk again.
I hope this helps! Good luck honey!

Some people have skin types that shed skin cells less therefore clog pores easier. Exfoliating products (like salicylic acid and alpha/beta-hydroxy) help reduce the clogging. Look for these ingredients in your facial products. These products come in different concentrations, make sure you check which one will work for you.
Although, I think it would be best to consult a dermatologist regarding your problem.

You might want to get some advice from the doctor coz some methods may work for some skin or might not. It may cost a bit but im sure it'll help. Meantime, try drinking lots of water and maybe have cold showers to cool down your body.

Wash your face with a mild soap, use cold water afterwards to prevent your skin from drying out and making oil glands over react to compensate
