Me and this guy have known each other for about 7 months, and last friday we hooked up (as in made out), and he wants to hook up again... Ive liked him for a wile but he, doesnt want a girlfriend and I cant date, and it would only be a FWB relationship.... should I do it?? i could consider it a practice run for a real relationship later on...

NO, believe me. I've been through it and it almost ruined a future relationship (he and I have now been together for 3 years) It may seem harmless, fun, and you like him. So, you ask yourself "why not?" Well, you meet someone you really love, for example, your soulmate, do you really want to have to sit down and discuss your past? It is a heartbreaking thing to have to do, to look the person you love more than anything or anyone in the whole world, and tell them all of the things you have done. (No, I didn't sleep w/him and it was 4+ years ago) I could see his heart breaking into a million pieces when I had to tell him. Yes, you will have to tell him if you love him. Yes, you will regret. Yes, it will be hard to say no, but please, please do. If he likes you, he'll understand. He'll wait. Although right now you're only making out, but eventually, it will lead to other things. Just say no, don't walk into something that will hurt the person that you will fall head over heels in love with. This may seem like far in the future, but trust me, it sometimes still arises in my relationship. Take my advice!

A practice run? For a "real" relationship later on? Sounds like all he is looking for is sex and your being really naive. You failed to mention how old you are...or he is. Protect yourself from guys like this. Kick him to the curb and wait for the right time and place and a guy that will respect you enough to want to be with you for more than just "hooking up".

I think you should give him a chance I think he likes you but since he cant date he probably doesnt kno any other way to ee you the way he wants
Maybe this will be good and even if you just stay FWB then y'all will probably work sumthing else out enetually when e can start dating
If you dont feel like this is a good idea then be nice about it and explain how you feel

HUGS,
Renee

Do you like being used as a recpeticle for someone's bodily fluids? That is what friends with benefits means...it means using somoene, I would question a guys friendship if this is what he asked me for. If he wants to use you then he doesn't respect you...not much of a friend I'm afraid.

WAIT UNTIL YOU CAN DATE AND SOME ONE WANTS YOU FOR A GIRLFRIEND INSTEAD OF JUST SOMEONE FOR A PRACTICE RUN

I suggest you wait till you at least find a steady friend. He wants sex and no responsibility, dump him ASAP
