If you don't have Word, how would you expect to transfer anything into it?
You can get Open Office, an office suite much like Microsoft's office, which contains a word processing program that can read Word documents. As to whether it will convert a WordPerfect document, I don't know, but open office is free, you can try it.

If you actually have WP, you can do a Save As and under the type, choose the MS Word format you want. Otherwise, you can send it to me and I can convert it for you.

If you can afford it, itI would suggest getting MS office as a package. it is really good for school and work stuff. you also may be able to get a discount if you are a student, or get a free licsence from work. Ask your boss or school director person for info.
