I'm still on my property. So really I can do anything I want including walking around my front lawn naked.

LOL! Right on! It's your property and providing you are reasonable hot there should be no problem at all. There's freedom of speech isn't there, what about freedom of action! Also if you do get arrested say your campaigning against something e.g: false labelling of hair care products. Hope I helped!

Yes. Naked trash is a real eyesore. You should either bag it, box it or wrap it up in neat bundles.
Oh - you meant you were naked? Regardless of where you are on your property, nudity is a no-no if you can be seen by passersby. It's also a no-no if you are in your house but standing nude in front of a window where you can be clearly seen by passersby. The days when you were king of the castle and could do whatever you want on your own property, are long gone. If you believe that, try doing something as simple as building a small cottage in your back yard, without proper zoning, permits etc.
Try having an open fire in your yard if there is a burning ban in place. Just because it's your property doesn't mean you can do anything you want on it. For that matter, even though it's your property, guess what happens if you don't pay your taxes? You don't really own it at all, when it comes right down to it. You only hold a title that can be revoked for any number of reasons.

Imagine how awful it would be for you if every one of your neighbors put there trash out naked! You probably have lots of neighbors you do not want to see naked. Just throw on a bathrobe or something and do not think for one minute you can not get arrested for what you do on your own the property. You can even get arrested for public intoxication on your property if you are disturbing the public.

I think you need some therapy. Is that all you have to do with your time is walk around naked.? If I ever saw you I would call the police. It might be your property and your right but it is also my right that I don't have to see something like that. Get a job, get a life. A decent one.

No, you really can't. You are still in a public place if people can see you. They should arrest your trashy naked butt because there are probably children in the neighborhood that really shouldn't be subjected to the sight of your manhood (or lack thereof.)

It's really wrong to put out the trash naked. Bags are required. No one should have to look at your naked trash.

Its not morally wrong, but legally wrong. If you are outside of your house and exponsing yourself, there is a chance that a minor might see your naked body. Or worse yet, somebody might be offended by your free spirit.
