I guess i was wondering if my regular phone plan covers my computer phone calls too? i have AT&T ,regular, and AT&T long distance.my current all in one scanner , copier , and fax.has its own program.and i have a internet provider too.but, when i make a call on my computer.does my local carrier and long distance cover that,or do i need another provider for this.i hope i made this clear.cause we are confused.seems to me if i have long distance and local calling it don't matter if i call from my phone,or computer. am i wrong?

Yes...whatever line your computer is hooked up to that's the line that covers it just make sure you have all the features included on your phone so you don;t have any surprises on you bill.
