vaccines do not cause bleeding .
Bleeding from where >?
IN the stool it could be a parasite like coccidia or it could be something much more serious like parvo

If there is blood coming from vaccine sight then its just a little bit a capillary bleeding from the needle.
If blood in in stools or urine then take to vet ASAP

Can you describe the bleeding? But yes, vaccinosis is serious stuff! Call your vet right away!
