I was wondering if anyone has had any success with this and how well it was tolerated?

Sounds to good to be true. Here is the link... http://www.johnsonupdaydowndaydiet.samsbiz.com/page/1ed7e/Home.html

the concept of that diet is ludicrous. the overall caloric consumption over a period of time (week, etc.) is more important than what is consumed on a day to day basis in terms of fat loss.

The testing on the poor rats is HORRRIBLE. >:( In any case, I have not done THAT diet, but I will go a few days eating normally, then drop my calorie intake WAYYYY below, more than 30%. Then I gradually increase calories again by 200 everyday, until I'm back where I started with my normal intake. Go for a few days normally again, then repeat the drop.

I would think that your body would think it was starving and try to burn muscle instead of fat.
