First, I would like to inform you that you are not likely to get all your answers on Y!A. It would be better to consult a religious scholar in this regard. However, I will attempt to answer some of them.

Is artificial insemination haraam? Not that I no of. I know of Muslims who have gone this route.
If you are having trouble conceiving with your husband and he is the one with the fertility issues, can a woman use a sperm donor? I think that the donor has to be the husband, not another male.
Can she receive fertility treatments? According to what I know fertility pills are allowed.
What are the rules for this? A woman can use fertility pills, or have artificial insemination with the husband's sperm, not with that of a stranger.
Adoption is allowed in Islam. A couple who don't have children can opt to make sabr (have patience) and believe that Allah's decision in this regard is the best. I do not have children. I have chosen the option of making sabr.

and Allah knows best.
