what are some good summer film making programs for highschool students?

besides NYFA and SOCAPA- is there anything mre affordable? that is maybe at a University?

The best one is at USC, and you might apply for a scholarship.

If funding is the issue, check with your local community college. They probably have something and it will be very inexpensive.
