Have you ever used over the counter drugs to get high? If so what was it? what happened? how much did you take??

Don't worry, it's not for me - I am doing a project for school and finding people that have used over the counter drugs in the past and what their side effects were and what they took.

thanks!

well, i accidentally got high off of dramamine one time. I took three because I was SO dizzy, but what I got was worse. I couldn't move any part of my body- lost total control. So, I laid on the floor for about 4 hours- it was not fun. I would have had my parents take me to the E.R. except I couldn't move or talk- but they probably wouldn't have given me anything anyway...hope it helps

I've used allot of things to relax or reach a certain state of awareness I desired for mediation that many people would call "high". I will only list this one though because it is one of the safest. However if used habitually or in extreme doses it is reported to cause liver problems.

Kava Kava in pill form and extract

Check out erowid.org for more info and journals of people use.

It helps sooth the nerves and relaxes muscles. It made me feel very relaxed and I guess drunk is the closest thing I can use to describe it. Also have had mild hallucinations.

1 table spoon of extract
can't remember what strength the pills were.

when i was young and foolish, i took cold and flu tablets, the ones with pseudoephedrine, like speed, when going out at night. it would just keep me awake and give me energy. just used to take the recommended dosage, 2 tablets.

I started to answer but then I remembered the yahoo questions/answers policy that forbids giving information that someone could use to harm themselves or another person. sorry- I'll still pick up the points though thanks.
