try to moderate, dont just pig out, nothing is wrong with having sugar!!!!
you know a model just died yesterday because she was on a diet and her potassium, sugars, etc were too low and she had a heart atack!!

well You could give yourself free days. Like evey weekend you can have maybe a couple of sodas, your favorite sweet and your favorite fatning food. that way eating foods like that will be a privalage,not a habbit. Hope that helps.
