Yes, considering the fact that it was still kept in the cold. Also the fact that it wasn't over 42 degrees for two or more hours, then it is still safe. Much longer, and it would be best to throw it out.

An hour is fine. When a hunter harvests a large animal they are usually hung to drain and tenderise for at least a day before they are taken to the butcher if they dont butcher at home. An hour will not hurt at all.

eat it - cook it propperly and you'll be fine.
if the meats been covered - ie - in a food bag or likewise i'd eat it even if its been out long after 1 hr, if not covered though i might be a little more warey - if i'm hungry ill eat pretty mutch anything, and i'm rarely ill.
you'll be surprised what you can eat without problems though - normally not cooking enough is the main prob

just let it get to room temp. cut into bite size pieces and chew slowly and enjoy your blue meat
