How can I remove big pimples?

Occasionally I get these deep pimples (cystic lesions) that are big, red, and don't have any head to pop. WTF am I supposed to do?

Cystic acne, if not treated, can result in scarring. It is essential that you never pick or squeeze any of the acne. Cystic acne affects deep tissues so squeezing can also push infection further into the surrounding tissues.

You are lucky that you only get an occasional one but that could increase depending on where you are in your puberty stages. As for treatment, a dermatologist is essential. The dermatologist will be able to get you on an effective treatment. Over-the-counter products are usually not sufficient for this form of acne.
