college tuition: on web it says 3 credits per class but on tuition says for 1 semester hour is $67.00?

Can somebody PLEEEEEEEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no clue how to "guess"-timate the tuition when they break it down by semester hour, is that the same as credits? Like, 1 credit=1 semester hour? All sites are the same, please help ASAP!!!!
