I read some reviews and many people find their tounges to turn black and have stringy stuff coming out of there mouth. How can you prevent all that? So far, I have used it last night and this morning. If you use it exactly how they say you should...do you think i'll be ok? Also, how does it compare to the Crest Whitening Mouthwash?

Or is the safest way just using Crest whitestrips? or whitening toothpaste?

to avoid all of this nonsense you speak of, i recommend never brushing, flossing or mouthwashing.

Safe, but Listerine Whitening Mouthwash is not necessarily effective. I tried it with no visable results. Most mouthwashes seem to be helpful. Take a look at Crest Pro-Health mouthwash. Kills millions of germs without alcohol burn...I now use this.
