It apears you have been misinformed.
Jews reject the idea that Jesus was a prophet of God. That's a Christian idea. In fact, that's the basic difference between Judaism and Christianity.
Jews did not kill Jesus. The Roman government did. The method of nailing a person to a cross was the common practice for Romans but is not allowed in Jewish law. Jews would have used beheading or hanging. But they didn't because they didn't consider him anyone special, so they just left him alone.

We don't (and didn't) know/believe he was a prophet of G-d, because no prophet claims to BE G-d. He led people away from Jewish law and tried to change it, which G-d said was a thing a FALSE messiah would try to do. We don't believe he was a prophet of G-d so yes, he can lie. Not to mention we don't believe our prophets are demigods or anything. They are mortals like everyone else.

Been a Catholic for 38 years now and not in any respect hated a Muslim or the Muslim community. Hate the extremists for terrorism. under no circumstances worshipped Jews for something the two. Your statements are fake. Jesus proved Himself, that's why many Jewish non secular leaders have been afraid of Him and ordered His dying. If Muslims desire to forget approximately on the subject of the Bible, be conscious of God, and have confidence Muhammed, a sinful mortal that did no longer advance the lifeless, made the blind see, etc. and in basic terms say that Jesus become a prophet, then enable them to. Christians worship no guy. God on my own.

Read Jesus' words to the Pharisees at Matthew chapter 23.
At the time Jesus was on earth, the jews were expecting their messiah. However, they wanted a king and someone that would break the roman yoke of oppression off their shoulders. HOwever, Christ didn't accept that responsiblity, even when they tried to make him king after he rode the *** into jerusalem. What they didn't understand , was that there were two seperate time periods for the messiah, the first one where he was meek and sacrificed himself, and a future coming where he will come with great glory and judgement ( compare Daniel 7; 13 and 14 2 Thessalonians 1; 7-10)

The Jews rejected Jesus because He failed, in their eyes, to do what they expected their Messiah to do--destroy evil and all their enemies, in this case the Romans, and establish an eternal kingdom with Israel as the preeminent nation in the world. The prophecies in Isaiah and Psalm 22 described a suffering Messiah who would be persecuted and killed, but they chose to focus on those prophecies that discussed His glorious victories, not His crucifixion.
The good news is that many Jews are turning to Christ today. The God of Israel has always been faithful to keep a “remnant” of believing Jews to Himself. In the United States alone, some estimates say that there are over 100,000 Jewish Believers in Jesus, and the numbers are growing all the time.

"Jewish" did not see anything godly in jesus according to your own books, so why do you think they did? His followers thought he was a prophet, messiah and god, everyone else thought he was a pain in the ***, even according to your own books.. The Muslims decided he was a prophet as they incorporated their religion. No proof that was not based on the NT exists to back up that anything of the events of jesus happened...

Do you believe someone if they claim to be a prophet sent by god? There are plenty of these prophets in the cities of the world. Why don't you believe them?
If you do, why don't you do as they ask and give them your money?

Folks claimed to be prophets on a regular basis. In their eyes, Jesus was no different.
He knew he was gonna die anyway. Too much of a rebel to be allowed to live. He figured, go out with a bang and gain all that fame.
Contrary to popular belief, Jesus was very intelligent and he wanted to be remembered. In his circumstances, there was no better way then what he did.

No they didn't know and he wasn't. He was delusional, and decided to sacrifice himself and appease god once and for all. It didn't appease god cause there is no god. But he did start a great legend that continues to this very day, and now we have huge numbers of nutty church people (and they are sometimes bothersome, but we love them anyway).
The Jews do not believe Jesus was a prophet, and so perhaps they have more sense than we do.

Very few Jews at the time had even heard of Jesus, never heard him speak, knew what he stood for, where he was or anything else about him. He was denounced by the Jewish leadership who got the Romans to execute him. That means any generalizations, such as you are making in your question, are invalid and distortions of reality. Remember, there was no TV, radio or newspapers delivered to your doorstep then.
