Suppose that i have a graph plotted between two axes. how can i get its data in numerical form howevr time period is very small (approx. in micro second). i would like to that practically. Anysoftware or hardware u can tell me and plz tell the sourc also which gives high accuracy also.

Take sample points from the graph. Type them into the computer. Analyze them with a programming language, or maybe a spreadsheet. What's the mystery?

if you set the scale sufficiently low this should not be a problem. if your data is .0000001 then your scale on the axis could be .000000000000001. Microsoft Excel has some graphing features that are relatively easy to learn to make nice looking graphs.
