How to Tell if a Guy Likes You
Probably the best way to know if a guy likes you is to simply ask him, but we all know that can be a challenge. So, here are a few clues to working out if he likes you as much as you like him.
Steps
Examine his body language. If he likes you, you will see that his body position will lean forward toward you.
Keep close. Ever get the feeling that somebody is "in" your personal space - so much so that you want to step back? If he likes you and you like him, neither of you will step back.
Make eye contact - if he likes you, he'll get it and hold it. Again, this can be uncomfortable if you don't like him or vice versa. You'll know if you feel like you have held eye contact just a fraction of a second longer than you would with anyone else, or if he looks away quickly.
Be aware of touching - he might put his hand on your arm when he laughs, or not move his leg if it happens to touch yours. This is a very good sign that he likes you.
Keep an eye out. His pupils will dilate (get bigger) if he likes you - but this is quite hard to pick up on and you might look a bit weird looking that closely into his eyes.
See if he keeps going out of his way to 'bump' into you.
Watch for him showing interest in things you like and do.
Joke freely. Does he laugh even if you aren't funny?
Check for signs of nervousness: nervous laughter, sweaty palms, fidgeting...
Smile. A big smile in return probably means the feeling is mutual.
See if he always end up in the same line or group as you.
Ask! You can do this over AIM or email if you really are nervous. Try to do it casually; he may ask if you like him first...say Yes! Tell him you don't like mind games, and he'll likely follow your lead and be straighforward.
He'll start pushing you around playfully (if you ever have a tickle fight with some of your friends, he'll usually go for you)
Tips
Does he make an extra effort to be around you in certain situations (dances, school, etc)? That could be a sign.
His friends might often ask you how you feel about him.
Chances are, if your stomach does a flip flop when you see him, his may be doing the same.
Smile, be yourself, and let biology and fate work their charms.
Try to look at the situation objectively. Ask friends you trust for their opinion.
The guy might like you but not know he likes you. If this is the case, try to put him into situations where he will realize that he enjoys spending time with you.
If you think he does like you, get him email/IM name and begin to talk to him online. This will help even the shyest guy get up the nerve to ask you out.
It is fine to flirt with boys but don't make it too obvious that you're flirting...he might think you're kind of weird.
If there is a rumor going around that you like this guy that you don't like...don't let it bother you too much. They'll see that it is bothering you and think that you actually do like them even though you might not!
You can always ask a friend to ask him - but that can backfire.
You can't really make someone like you - but the best way to be noticed is to be true to yourself, feel good about yourself and never do anything you don't want to do to get someone's affection.
Think about how you act when you like someone and look for those signs in others.
Wear lipgloss, mascara, and eyeliner, but that's it.
Always have clean, shiny, brushed hair.
Stand tall. It's the first thing they teach you at model school.
He might be shy, and act differently around you. Some guys are shy around girls they like, but very open to those they wouldn't really have a big relationship with. If he avoids you at school and talks to you after school and on weekends it means he's shy...it also means he might like you.
Make sure the male in question is heterosexual. Some homosexual men are more comfortable showing affection toward female friends because they are not worried about the friend thinking they are romantically interested. You could easily get the wrong idea.

how old are you? You sound like you're in middle school or high school. for this reason, I suggest you get a group of friends together and go out to a movie or something. See how he acts around you outside of school.

ask his friends. Maybe not though. He might just be nice. If he startes to tease you, then he probably does. I don't know how old you are but like, if you do know later that he does, when your sitting close next to him, or standing next to him, slip your hand into his.

Lol like everyone i hear from,, EYE CONTACT. Ask yourself if he stare at you a lot. If thats a yes, then probably he does. Flirt a little bit and maybe he'll ask you out. If not ask him out if you lie him = )

well, it's not enugh to tell if he likes you or not. we need more clue. a good way to determine if a boy really likes you is by comparison. check out how does he treats his other girl friends. good luck...

It doesn't hurt to tell someone to ask him how he feel about you. Try to find someone that is close to him like a friend or cousin, that always work.

The best way is to ask him!! yes its hard and yes you could be rejected but, life and relationships are hard, but for you to be 100% certain, you have to communicate with him...

if you two know eachother well then that is how you know.
you shouldn't like eachother from looks or just a couple of jokes and smiles. thats just being friendly.
the better you two know eachother the better it is to determine if you both like eachother.

no offence but ARE YOU COMPLETELY THICK?! the simplest way to find out if a guy likes you is to ask him. if you don't want to ask to his face, get one either his or your friends to do it for you.
or you just sit there and wait for him to come to you. if he likes you it will happen over time, if not, you were only meant to be friends.
