Yes,I too am on Keppra and also have the same type of seizures.You name it I've taken it.Be sure to talk to your doctor about side effects,there can be many so keep notes on what you are feeling and thinking.Take your meds at the same time each day and get plenty of sleep too.A good diet helps you as well.

Yes, me, and my father in law both are on Keppra. And our seizures have reduced dramatically. Understand that they are not cured, they are just controlled. There are still stimulants that can bring about petit-mal and gran-mal seizures. But this medication has helped us out very much.

It helps prevent all types of seizures but just because you take this medicine doesn't mean you won't have another seizure.
