A person from Scotland was on the same London to LAX flight as me and somehow I got his luggage and I'm trying to find him to let him know that the airline is going to try to send it to him. The phone numbers for celebrity cruises don't work and I am trying to figure out how to contact him.

I really don't know how to contact him if the numbers don't work. I think that the best thing is to let the airline contact him, they should have all the info to get ahold of him. Celebrity and the airline probably will not give you any contact info, they aren't supposed to anyway

Are you saying he is a Celebrity employee? You'll have to leave it up to the airlines to contact this individual. The cruise line isn't going to give you any information - by law they can't. It's refreshing to know someone is so honest, however.
