i work in retail and i sell them all, i have to say none of them are good for you, not only does it cause imbalance in your system, it also can cause severe allergic reactions, and blood clots heart attacks etc etc etc. They keep going and going. Im a horrible manager for not recommending any of them, but i wont i refuse to. Diet and exercise/ food portion is the key to weight loss. In fact none of those pills work without them, in fact they dont work at all..lol. Its mainly mind over body. Go work out everyday, increase your workouts as nessary and go talk to your doctor. I will tell you some to aviod at all costs because of recalls, side effects etc. Avoid metabolife, trimspa. On research the best one to be found is Lipovox, but thats with a correct diet/exercise along with it.

I have 2 I'm working with. 1) perscription from my doctor called: Phentermine, gives you energy and cuts appetite. 2) Hoodia over the counter (make sure it's pure). Go to Yahoo and read up on Hoodia...you will be amazed about what it's all about!

If you've definately got your mind set on it, then the best advice would be for you to see your doctor and have him/her prescribe one for you. Don't go for just any over-the-counter crap, because those things are not safe at all. Plus they're loaded with caffeine.

YOUR PHARMACIST CAN HELP YOU BUT IF YOU TAKE BIRTH CONTROL AND ARE ON MEDS SUCH AS ANTIDEPRESSANTS YOU BETTER BE REAL CAREFUL. A TRIP TO THE PSYC WARD MIGHT JUST HAPPEN, SOME DIET PILLS CAN **** WITH YOUR HORMONES AND IN TWO CASES, TWO WOMEN WOUND UP KILLING SOMEONE. NO LIE. PLEASE CONSULT A DOC FIRST. THEY KNOW BEST.

I'm not telling you to do it or not to do it, but fyi.. Diet pills are not an effective way to lose weight.
