how do i know if a girl likes me??
for Vday i got her chocolate and as a joke i saw her put her head on some guy's shoulder and the guy doesn like her ( i think ) i don't know if she is trying to get me jealous to go after her like i want to or trying to tell me i don't like you, go away and stop trying to get me to like you
what do i do?? i love his girl and its like she doesn't know i exist

Like you just did, writing out your feelings helps explain everything. I think that you should get card and tell her exactly what you are feeling. Then, at the end of the letter, tell her that she can do what she wants with the information (talk to you, date you, ignore you). Remember, rejection is better than regret. When you are 30, will you regret not doing this?

Just be honest with her. Ask her how she feels about you. If you don't ask you will never no. If for some reason she says as a friend only. As hard as it can be more on to someone who will can get to no you and appreciate you for who you are. Life is to short and there are alot of Beautiful women out there.

I think you should get on with life. She's treating you like sh*t. She doesn't respect you at all. Would you want a gf which doesn't respect you at all? Find someone who know to cherish you more!

walk up to her and be very direct. just point blank say that you like her and want to know if she likes you. that'll get the message across.
