This is what my soon to be hubby told me when he proposed to me..makes me smile :)
It means that he knows that he has reached a point in the relationship that he not only wants you in his life he knows he needs you to be a part of it to complete him..Awww so sweet~!

It means he needs you, which literally is for his benefit, whether he has low self esteem, or he knows he cannot handle it if you were with someone else. You need to dedcide if you want to be with this man, if the answer is no then let him down gently. He may want and need you, but at the end of the day you have to do whats best for YOU!!
