You're ideal. Seriously.
Also, don't worry about the scale says the only thing that matters is the mirror. Especially if you are in good shape and you have significant muscle mass as compared to fat (athlete, dancer,) then you'll be a lot heavier than a girl the same size who is out of shape because muscle weighs a lot more than fat. Pounds don't mean much.

I'll trade with you. I'm 110 at less than 5 ft. tall. You sound lovely to me. Don't change a thing. Best wishes. On normals a 5-3 person weighs 115.

110 pounds isn't fat OK. Your definitely not fat. Especially if you said you have athletic legs. Do yourself a favor and stop looking in magazines.

No you are not fat. I am 4'11" and I am the same weight because of muscle, mostly in my legs. Remember muscle weighs more than fat and it's a good thing.

You are far from fat. I am 5'5 and weigh about 113 lbs and I am very slender so you should be just fine.
