Their hair if they have any.Then the face.
But if they are walking away from me the first thing I notice is their Butts.But I try not to look to long because people will think I'm weird.

Usually the basic general physical things- thier face- eyes, smile (if they are smiling), male or female? height, est age...

Then I usually start observing their behavior, listening to what they say.... are they nice? stuck up? what is important to them? what do they talk about? are they shallow? or are they a deep thinker? what do they believe- religiously... politically...

You can learn a lot about someone via observation....

'Presence'. For example, how they walk, how they stand. You can tell alot about someone by how they carry themselves when they walk in the room. (Hear that guys? Stand up straight and look forward and smile...chicks dig that!!)
