I know some old zebras and they look gray just standing there. So it would be relative to the zebra's age, I guess. Young ones would have to run really fast and the older they get the slower they could run and still look gray, eh?

The stripes are for camouflage at a distance, not for speed.
But, I'd guess something like 30 mph.

hmmmm...no easy way to figure this out. my guess is about 25 mph. and y is this in the catagory for birds?!?! are zebras birds?
