Can intake of Zinc, Vit. A and E cause stomach problems?

I've been taking vit A, E and Zinc for a little over a week now and about 4 days ago I started experincing horrible stomach ache. I felt like I was going to vomit. This has gone on for four days now. I stopped taking the pills yesterday. I also feel really hungry, but whenever I think of eating or try to eat I feel sick to my stomach...i just can't get food down.

I just felt like vomiting on the first day.

Shouldn't.... did you take them on an empty stomach???? Try taking them half way through a decent meal...

Appendicitis is inflammation of the appendix, a small pouch attached to the cecum, the beginning of the colon, on the lower right side of the abdomen. The pain usually begins near the navel and moves down and to the right. The pain becomes worse when moving, taking deep breaths, coughing, sneezing, and being touched in the area.
