Firstly it depends on your like, if you like to eat with skin or without skin.
But as per healthy reason you should eat it with skin, ofcourse you should shoak in water for a night.
If the weather is cold then, before eating put in hot milk or any other hot liquid, as if you take without hot liquid it may lead you to cold,and if summer you can eat directly.
If you have cough you should not take if it is soaked in water, but you should take it by backing it on fire(with skin), and the time is just before you go to bed in the night and no water after that (for about 3~4 hours).

With skin only. If u eat almonds after soak them whole night it will be very hygiene.

you can eat either way..they are very good for you. The recommended amount is about 10 almonds per day.

With skin, for sure. Doctors and dieticians always advise people to have it with the skin. It is very nutritious after all(unless and until it is stale).Although, if you are suffering from some disease that concerns your apetite, please confirm from your doctor.

It should be taken without skin.It should be kept in water for whole night and in the morning one should take it before brekfast in empty stomach
