and shouldnt this wastoid be put behind bars for treason? and should we bring back the gallows for the likes of him and other politicians who screw up?

yes. He should be forced at gun point to move to the southern-most tip of mexico.

It appears so from what I've seen thus far. No more than a political gesture of some kind to Mexico at the expense of two good law enforcement officers. The signal is loud and clear that unofficially, USBP/ICE are not to apprehend nor use deadly force when confronted with drug smugglers, Mexican Drug cartels, and/or the corrupt Mexican Army while they provide armed escort of drugs into the USA from the SW border. No one could blame the Border Patrol if they all walked off the job tomorrow, if that's the kind of backing they are going to receive.

He did his job.

The Border Patrol guys shot someone. Then they destroyed evidence, filed false reports and did their best to cover it up. They were as guilty as sin and knew it right from the start.

When I saw this story it made me sick to my stomach. All this is going to do is create hessitation in the minds of every LEO out there. Hessitation causes death! This is jacked up!
