No. It is perfectly legal to hold a US drivers license and one from another nation at the same time. You cannot however hold two legal US licenses at the same time. You must be a residence of the associated state to hold a valid drivers license from that state, invalidating the one from where you would have moved.

In Greece to drive there you must be given a "license" of sort to drive there after showing a valid USA one. My daughter got one for her visits there

In Canada, you cannot move to another province and obtain that province's licence without first turning in your old licence. They will not let you carry two, so hopefully this site should answer any and almost every question you have on this as it is an American site.
