first of all, where do you live?

i love cookin' curries as well, but i had to learn from watchin' shows and from the internet. And learnin' each ingredient.

You don't say whereabouts you live but I would ask at your nearest college that has a catering department.
If you are in the Birmingham area try South Birmingham college. They run a short course called "Basic Balti and Tandoori cooking for beginners". Their 'phone number is 0121 694 5069.
If you're in the Thames Valley area, the Centre of Asian Culinary Arts I believe held a course at Thames Valley University last Autumn. I don't know if they are going to repeat it. Their 'phone no. is 0208 579 5000.

All most every state in INDIA under technical education department or separately running HOTEL MANAGEMENT courses. In the same Institute several SHORT term courses on various cooking subjects are offered. select any one and you will soon become an expert teaching others.
