My APBT was one year old when we found a two week old kitten under our house. My dog LOVED this cat as soon as we brought her in. When the cat was little, my dog would run to her anytime she cried and nudge her. When I got my 3 month old staffie, he had no problem with the cat either (the cat was a year old). I do think that its completely up to the animals personalities as to if they will get along or not. Im lucky enough that all of mine hang out together!

yes they do. People say they don't but that's not true. It might look like it in the beginning, dog is curios and goes to investigate, cat hisses to say "back off, dog!". That is how it first starts out at first just because dogs and cats are different. After a while, they get to know each other and become the best of friends.

Yup. But my dog was raised with my cat from the time he was 6 weeks old. He must think the cat is a really small dog or a strange human. They chase each other around the house which is really funny. It's hilarious to see a 10 pound cat chase a 60 pound dog. But, any other cat my dog sees, he tries to eat.

Yes especially when they are raised together. My cats sleep on our dog and play with him. Of course cats will sleep on anything. There is a wonderful story in Readers Digest this month about a dog and a house on fire. Fireman couldn't get the dog away from the house till he found the family cat and pushed the cat out of the burning house. That is Love.

Mine do.
I had a female mutt dog very sweet and gentle; she never had pups. We saw two of our young cats nursing her under a tree. I could not believe it! I saw this on several occasions.
I read somewhere that a young female human could possibly come into milk with increased hormone level and stimulation like in the case of infant adoption.
I do not know if she had milk . Probably she did not. They just loved and nurtured each other.

specific, cats and canines can get alongside. It relies upon on the character of the cat and dogs as to despite in the event that they're going to get alongside. a particular breed would not continuously advise they're going to get alongside extra desirable with cats. bypass on your nearest animal look after and undertake a dogs. one it relatively is older and not a puppy would be extra mellow and much less annoying on your cat to get alongside with. additionally, look after canines are often extra desirable around cats, different canines, and young toddlers. if that they had approach problems then they could no longer be accompanied out, for this reason they might not be on the look after. yet bypass on your nearest look after and ask bearing directly to the canines, they're guaranteed to have fairly some to confirm on between that gets alongside properly jointly with your cat.
