Your chicken korma recipe looks delicious but there's an ingredient I never heard of "cassia bark". What's that and if I can't find it at the market Can I replace it with something else?

Cassia is a relative of cinnamon but has a savoury taste rather than the sweeter taste of cinnamon. Use about half the amount if you are using cinnamon, it is stronger.
I expect you know what cinnamon looks like. Cassia is not all curled up like cinnamon but is nearly flat and looks like a thin bit of tree bark .

There is no need to change anything ,you could have bought some liquid radiator cleaner and put it in the radiator it would have flushed all the gunge out of the system ,when you fit the new radiator put some radiator flush in and run the car for a couple of hours and then flush it out ,it will clean out the system.
