Personally? I use a bobby pin. I know this sounds really weird, but it works SO well!
You take the part of the pin that's bent (the opposite of the side you slide into your hair), you lay it flat, over the blakchead you want obliterated, you push down to get some leverage, and then you pull toward the blackhead until it squeezes itself out completely. Sometimes it takes a few tries, but the pain is minimal, and the outcome is very successful!
Good luck in your efforts! :D

I agree with Crazy Balla...The Clean and Clear or Neutrogena products specifically designed for blackheads work really well. I used to use the pore strips, but the problem with them is that in three days, they come back. You could also try Proactiv, but if you start using, you'll have to keep using it because if you stop it may cause your skin to break out.

Black heads are unsightly little buggars arent they.
Have you tired hot compressed and useing a black head remover which is a small silver spoon like thiny with a hole in the bowl of the spoon. You get them from a chemist shop.
YOU press it over the black head and it sqeases the contents out through a hole in the bowl. When you do this you need and astringent to clean the area with,'
Most people with oily skin suffer this problem.
Try using and asrtingent on your nose every morning and night.
Keep away from creams. ans dont go picking at them because this will set up a secondary infection.
