'sarah see 123',you are clearly a spokesperson for greenpeace, and as a punishment for your rude comment i will not be safely removing the nest,i will be placing 10 rather large fireworks under their nest instead

At this point there isn't anything you really can do. After the chicks fledge, remove the nest. Keep an eye on the area and remove any nest that birds start to make BEFORE it is finished and they lay eggs.

You can also purchase some ear plugs. This will help until the chicks fledge.

It is illegal to kill any wild bird, if you live in the U.S. they are protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, you can be severely fined or even serve a prison sentence. I suggest just waiting it out until the birds fledge, most only stay in the nest for about 12 days or so. Have some patience, why not enjoy nature instead of trying to destroy it.

are there four and twenty of them??
if not, you will need to wait for your pie!

suggest you take the opportunity to sleep when they do ( if working hours permits you to do so!), and wake when they do,and then get up early and use the extra time in the morming they have "given" you. there have been some lovely sunrises the last couple of days.... you may enjoy them??
ps... think yourself lucky. we had rooks nesting at our last house. I am talking about 40 breeding pairs. Nightmare. Solution? the storms of 89 abruptly felled the tree, and the rooks went silent!

In the UK it's illegal to disturb most birds nests so until the chicks fledge there is nothing you can do.

Either just leave them there like the peaceful person I KNOW you are inside, or call animal control and ask if it's possible to have their nest moved. Don't poison them, please.

I would not disturb them because if you try to get them get something either the mom bird or dad bird start to attack you. Also if a police sees you or if anyone calls the police about you killing any bird you could get about a $200 fine.

The babies will be gone sooner then you think and then you can just move the nest, but please do not poison them!! I understand your frustration but wouldn't you feel badly if you harmed them?

I would wait until the babies are gone and remove the nest, it wont come back. or call animal control and they will do it for you!!

You son of a *****. You should burn in hell, or wait until the brids are all gone, then take the nest away and cover the window.

not really much you can do. I'd have thought it would be a marvellous thing to see on a daily basis myself, quite a privilege really!
