There may be something you should be worried about...if you care about them a lot. I had 1 of 11 budgie's doing the same thing in the morning, the afternoon and at night while I slept. I got her gently one day, observed her feet and found scrapes on her feet that were a dark pink. Have you heard of VITACILINA? It's an ointment /antibiotic. I put it on her feet, caged her so it wouldn't rub off and she was better after 2 days (still applying the ointment 3 times a day). Hope your birdy feels better. Good luck!

i'm not sure what a Budgie is--different than it quite is a poultry. yet i could % to word--after examining the different's solutions--that some birds (esp. the adult males) sing lots. it quite is going to force a individual INSANE! i take advantage of to bathe homestead for somebody who obtained a male parakeet. I have been cleansing her homestead for 2 years, yet could purely stand it 3 weeks longer after she have been provided that poultry! the element squawked the great time i replaced into there (4 hours!!). each and every time I left, I left with a pounding headache b/c of that poultry! additionally, seeds & feathers get thrown around the homestead, making a huge mess. And why the negativity with sophie's answer? She DOES make a solid element that if one won't be in a position to suitable look after canines, why could one think of they could shelter a poultry? The cage will could be wiped sparkling each and every few days, the water desires to replaced daily, &--like i discussed--there will be somewhat some homestead maintainance from feathers & seed.
