do I need to send them copy of my real state taxes (home taxes),
401K , or something else??????

A completed tax return. They don't want proof of claimed deductions unless you are audited and they ask for them.

Most of the time it's only the W-2 that is attached to the return. If you had withholding on a form 1099 you would attach a copy of the 1099 also.

DON'T send them copies of your real estate taxes & other deductions. It will mess them up.
