Imagine the puppy gets away from you and you need to yell the name for her to come to you. Pick whatever name sound best to you. For instance, i was helping a friend find her dog that ran away and I did feel a little silly calling "Gizzie" and "Gizmo" so that is just some thing to think about. Personally i like Coco.

My sister has a dog named Maya, spelt differently from your Mia. I don't like Coco, but Chloe, Pheobe and Mia are cute names. Out of those three my favorite would be Mia. Although my favorite names for a girl dog are Roxy, Liberty, Predita, and Sadie.

Mia seems to fit the best. Chloe and Coco are just too popular. We have a male rat terrier/beagle mix named Brutus "Bruty" and he's a bit clumsy so we've often said that we should've named him Crash :)
Good Luck!

It's an adorable name for her.
