i'm doing a picture book project for history. We need to create our own children's picture book on one of the following topics: Trails west, the discovery of gold, manifest destiny, or the battle of the alamo. Which would be easiest??? Can you give me some ideas on how to do this? Help please!

Picture books are generally 32 pages. One or two sentences are on each page and then there is a picture. Use simple words and tell the story of one of those topics. I think the discovery of gold would be pretty easy.

i would do the Battle of the Alamo. Ge some pics off the internet but make sure they are kiddie and write about it. Yor history book should help a little.

discovery of gold that is easy. you could download infomation and pics. Its not that hard. use the ASK search engine write discovery of gold then it will give you a lot of sites to choose. open as much as you can, and begin to gather info then ask for pic's of the discovery and choose what you want.
