This is the most difficult thing in the world.
You may be aware of vagaries of human nature. By this I don't mean to discourage you.It is a fact of life. Having said that now I would like to give some tips. Follow your own heart and mind. Be honest with her. Be natural. Your intuition will tell you at some point of time what she is like.Lastly, remember that no mortal is perfect. If you love her learn to live with her shortcomings as well.

What you mean by your question is "what is inside your girlfriend's heart" and not the inner heart. There is only one heart.
Understanding a woman is next to impossible. However, only true companionship can expose the woman's heart to some extent. Try to be good friends.

By her actions and somethings from her communication during dating. That is why people date and get to know the girl better, so that they can propose to her, and make her their life partner. Still, u have to be very observant, or u can make a mistake like many others. Don't Judge a book by its cover.
