I have a female pit bull myself and when considering names I felt it either needed to be a very strong name (Killer, etc) or a sweet, gentle name (Lily, Daisy, etc). I went with Lily and it turned out to be so fitting! Everyone hears "PIT BULL" and thinks - KILLER.
If you have a dog that may "appear" to be tough and/or mean, it's best to give it a gentle name. That way you'll throw people off! =p

Tex is the all time best dog name in history in my opinion. If you were not to agree on me with this one, you should get to know your dog and possibly name it after a habit or how he looks. Spot, for example, would be a good name for a dog with a big spot on his eye or back.

Autumn, Foxy, Queen, Queenie, Princess, Lady, Angel, Cupcake, if you know what month she was born in that can be her name such as April, or if there is a month you like you could use it, if you have a favorite day of the week or you know what day of the week she was born on you can name her that, such as Sunday, if she was born close to a Holiday or you have a favorite holiday you can name it and abbreviate it such as Christmas(Chrisy)
