as far as i know, vit c is not directly related to prevention of constipation, but i know if you take more vitamin c it can cause loose bowel movement. another thing is that if your vitamin c source is fiber rich as well (which is sometimes the case), the tandem could really help in good digestion.

nope,eat foods more in fibre and vegetables,prunes are good
