i have heard to get a puppy fixed at 6 months unless if u want the puppy to be a stud if it is a boy but boys calm down when they r fixed. if it is a girl and they r not fixed sumtimes they will get in heat and will leave blood on the floor

our vet waits till the puppy is at least 6-8 months old. he NEVER does it b 4 that.

Larger breeds can be done as early as 3months , but 4-6 months is safer .
small breeds should be done at 6 months or in tiny teacups i would even wait a little longer .

Depends on your doctor. I have heard of some doing the surgery as early as 6 weeks. Just check with the vet that you plan to have the surgery done with.

They say the best time is around 6 to 8 weeks and the longer you leave it the bigger the dog it cost more to hope this helps
