I might like my best friend's cousin. How do I ask her if her cousin is single, with out making her feel bad for you if he isn't?
And I can't just not ask, because she'll never invite him anywhere if I don't tell her..
Also if he's single, I should tell her I like him, right? ...

I see your little icon name is, if you love him tell him, well i suppose the same thing is if you like him tell him. The wost that can happen is that he's not single. No big deal right? he's not singe, that's the end you move on. If he is single you guys plan a date, and if both of you are happy and your best friend gets mad that you're dating her cousin, she's not a real friend, because your happiness would be most important to her if she was.

Just tell her you like him. She's your best friend and she will understand. Plus it will be lots of fun if you guys do get to hang out. Wouldn't you rather know, just think about it. What if he is single to and likes you as well. You will never know if you don't ask. You don't want to live wandering what if.....good luck!!
