I can go longer time doing light jogging for hours, but when I made a sprint for just 3-4 seconds. I feel I would collapse. Even in light calisthenics, I am comfortable with slower movements, but when I do it fast, I would feel the same dizziness and feel would collapse, so I have to stop and recover. Pulse rate is about 130 during exercise, normal sweating, I do not have heart related medical condition. I have no other medical condition that I know of at this time.

The possible reason behind this could be that you do not have a good breathing pattern while running fast. If you dont breathe right, you will lose oxygen from your blood, causing you to feel dizzy or light headed. I suggest you work on breathing patterns, i hope this helps!

You don't feel anything until around 18-20 weeks. SOME people claim to feel the baby move at 16 weeks but my doctor says that's just crazy. I'm 20 weeks and hardly feel my baby at all yet... all I feel is a few pokes every now and then but nothing serious. My doctor told me that I won't be able to feel actual kicks until around 22 weeks, especially since I'm a first timer, and by 24 weeks they will be regular and daily. When you'll feel movement also depends on where your placenta forms. In my case, it's anterior, so the baby is kicking the placenta which is acting like a barrier between me and baby. If you have an anterior placenta, you won't feel the baby for much longer than other women.

Don't strain, there is a walking exercise you can do everyday that is not strainious. It's the Chris Freytag walk the weight off that you can do, you do walking exercises in the comfort of your own home if you do it everyday you will feel better without straining. You can go to prevention videos and find all the Chris Freytag videos that are very good, I have all her videos and I pick one a day according to my mood and feeling and I do it. How do you know that you don't have a heart or some other cardiovascular problem? Better get a stress test. You didn't say how old you are. Also if you do heavy exercise shortly after a meal that can cause these symptoms.
