Hair mascara is like regular mascara, except you put it in your hair. It is normally used to temporarily hide roots between touch ups and add highlights.

hair mascara is like mascara but for you hair because of special formulations. it comes in a wide vriety of colors that you swipe on with a wand like that or regular lash mascara. its used for many purposes, like for fun or to cover up roots but it is not permanant. it washes out next time you shampoo or can fade out.
