Ok, so there's I like and he has gorgeousssss brown eyes. I had an away message up and it said, "You put those city lights to shame with those beautiful brown eyes of yours". When I came back from being away (on AIM) we were talking for a little while, then he was like "So, who's brown eyes were you talking about?" I never actually answered him... but I think because he asked that he knows Im talking about him. Do you think he knows?

I am thinking he does know and is hoping it is you and you are talking about him. So it's already out there so why not just fess up and say yes I was talking about your eyes. Let him know you are interested before someone else jumps in and steals your chance at possible happiness. Go for it you only live once!

I would guess that he probably has an idea, but it is so hard to tell if you were not talking in person. A persons tone can tell you a lot about what is being sad. You know like if it was sarcastic, flirty, etc...but it sounds like he may think it was referring to him. If you like him just put it out there, come on it's already half out there anyway. Time is precious, don't waste a second.

There could be a possibility. I have done the same thing before but I was forced into answering. But there is a really good chance of that. But you should answer him, just in case he doesn't thinks you are talking about another guy.

Yes I do, and I think he's trying to prompt you to tell him it was him too...
I would use it as the perfect excuse to flirt! Tell him it was his eyes. If he reacts bad then you can either tell him you were joking, it was someone else, or that you did it to see what his reaction was cos you heard he liked you.
But, I don't think it'll be a bad reaction, I think he'll probably tell you something like how lovely your eyes too, and you can go from there... ;)
