ok there is a girl at my school that i like alot but i cant ever seem to talk to her in person much at school because her "girly" friends are always around and i dont know them very well.Even outside of school at a youth group we go to she hangs out with the same friends,she is very outgoing and i am really shy. She already knows i like her but she doesnt want a relationship right now and wants to stay friends.We talk to eachother for about 3 hours a day over AIM but i cant talk to her in real life .Any ideas on how to talk to her?

Talk to her about it on aim. Say hi to her occasionally, make sure you always look nice to. Give her presents on special occasions like holidays only. Dont over do the liking her thing, keep your distance, be nice, dont be aggresive, or clingy, or love dovey when you do talk to her in person. Its freaky and ruins the way a girl thinks about a guy.

Talk to her like u would talk to a friend. Casual and calm. Don't get nervous. Bein nervous just makes you stumble over your words even more. Say kinda what you would say to your friends. Just more flirty like. Say like " Would you wanna go play basketball sometime with me" If she's sporty. Say " Would u wanna hang out after school sometime" If she's not into sports. Or not doing anything that day. Sorry this is all i could give!

damn i got the same problem but i just finished school so i dont see her as much and yer...
why dont you ask her out as friends, just two of you and to somewhere where you can talk and build a better relationship, and il ask the girl i like out as well. deal?

as for conversation starters, talk about everyday stuff like what she did that day, what she wants to do in the near/far future. dont talk about personal stuff unless she starts it lol

grab her when she is alone like walking to places because you can easily slip off when things aren't going well, or you want to leave her on a high note, you know lettin her dangle. Talk about anything but try to listen more than talk and don't try to be funny unless you are funny.

When you IM her tell her you want to talk in person. Just tell her you want to discuss something you are IMing or something about school. If you IM for three hours you must have plenty to talk about.

even with conversation starter, it wouldn't matter... It only matters on if the conversation will last long. What use is a conversation if it is short. You can't get to know anybody like that.
