I really like this boy and hes 17 and im 14,and He's not like sexual with me or anything and i really like him,my parents like him too.what will happen when he turns 18? could we still date if my parents signed a paper? cause i knows it against the law to date a girl if your like over 18 thats a minor..

its not really against the law to date, legally he couldnt pursue you to have sex with him, thats satutory rape. thats not too bad. I dated a guy that was 17 when I was 14 untill he turned 21...Its no biggie, I wouldnt worry about it sooooo much. The law cant REALLY determine wether your dating him or not.

Its not against the law to date after hes 18, its against the law to have sex with a minor if your 18. So as long as he keeps it in his pants nothings wrong,.

I have few couples friends with the same setting and yes one of them is scared that he might get in trouble next year however they act stupid and the parent of the girl arent to much into the guy, however i have another couple that is 15 and 20 and the parents agreed and he didnt get arrested...so basicly dont do anything stupid and everything should be fine

Be really mature about it and be very careful with sex (if you're planning on going that far)

you would like some body around your own age because he might play you or want to have sex and you might not want to so just for your safety date someone around your age!!!

its not illegal to date some1 older .. it is illegal to have sex with them IF AND ONLY IF some1 has a problem with it or they tell the cops (i think ) if your parents are fine with it im pretty sure its ok with the law.
